Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified unless there is a proven defect in materials or workmanship. MPH Inflatable reserves the right to refuse any design that contains copyrighted, offensive, or illegal content.

Payment and Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in USD and subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before production begins. In the event of a pricing error, MPH Inflatable reserves the right to cancel or modify the order after notifying the customer.

Production and Delivery

Typical production time for custom inflatables is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity and volume. Shipping times vary based on destination and selected carrier. MPH Inflatable is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, or customs clearance.

Returns and Warranty

Since all products are custom-made, returns are only accepted for defective items. Inflatables are covered by a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover misuse, neglect, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
