Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final.
Each inflatable is uniquely created with your specific design and agent image, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@mphinflatable.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide a solution promptly.
Warranty Information
All MPH Inflatable products include a 3-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty approval is at the discretion of MPH Inflatable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Approved warranty claims will receive a replacement product or repair, depending on the case.

How loud is the blower?
All MPH Inflatable blowers are commercial-grade, powerful enough to keep your inflatable moving and attracting attention all day.
While they do produce some noise (similar to standard commercial inflatables), most clients find it perfectly suitable for outdoor events, open houses, and promotional setups.
